Picture book about responsibility

The acorn mishap makes responsibility personal and specific, connecting it with the way friends respond when something goes wrong.
Read and talk about responsibility
Taking responsibility includes an action after admitting what happened.
After reading, try asking: What could Lil do to help put the mistake right? Let your child point to a scene or describe a character’s choice in their own words.
