Space story about greed and forgiveness
Captain Bad the space badger and Sly the astro lemur begin a friendship among the stars. Greed puts their relationship at risk, and a space storm brings the consequences into focus. Their adventure follows what happens when wanting something for oneself gets in the way of looking after a friend, with trust and forgiveness at the center.
Read and talk about friendship and forgiveness
Rebuilding a friendship involves considering the effects of a selfish choice.
After reading, try asking: What would help Captain Bad and Sly look after each other again? Let your child point to a scene or describe a character’s choice in their own words.
