Picture book about sharing
Leo the snow leopard guards glittering crystals in a cold mountain cave. Gina the mountain goat arrives with warm firewood and a willingness to share. Their meeting contrasts a treasure that looks valuable with the practical comfort of warmth, food and companionship, giving Leo a reason to rethink what he keeps to himself.
Read and talk about sharing
Sharing something useful can be worth more than keeping something impressive.
After reading, try asking: What can Gina's firewood offer that Leo's crystals cannot? Let your child point to a scene or describe a character’s choice in their own words.
