Christmas elf story about responsibility
Tinsel wraps presents ahead of time, while Cocoa keeps putting the work off in favor of naps and hot cocoa. When Christmas Eve leaves only an hour before the sleigh departs, the unwrapped toys become an urgent problem. Their workshop story connects planning and responsibility with the practical need to finish a shared task.
Read and talk about responsibility
Preparing ahead can leave more time to enjoy a celebration.
After reading, try asking: What changes when Cocoa leaves the wrapping until the last hour? Let your child point to a scene or describe a character’s choice in their own words.
